Preparation :

  1. High-quality, fresh vegetables are harvested and sorted to remove any damaged or spoiled items
  2. The vegetables are thoroughly washed to remove dirt, contaminants, and any residues
  3. The prepared vegetables are sliced or diced into uniform pieces
  4. The vegetables are blanched in boiling water or steam to inactivate enzymes that can cause browning and loss of flavor and nutrients
  5. After blanching, the vegetables are rapidly cooled and dried to remove the moisture
  6. The dehydrated vegetables are subjected to quality control checks to ensure they meet industry standards for moisture content, color, flavor and overall quality
  7. Once the vegetables are adequately dried, they are packed into airtight containers to prevent moisture and air
