All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products or services purchased from ViVi Geoponics.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional prices or discounts may be offered at our discretion and may be discontinued at any time.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept NEFT, RTGS, GPay and all payments are processed securely through Payment Processor.
Refunds
Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product or service received is materially different from what was described on our website or in our communications.
- The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at sales@driednpowdered.com within 48 hours of receiving the product or service. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide instructions for returning the product or further information on how to proceed with the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product or confirming the eligibility of the refund. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for shipping, handling or other applicable fees.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products (e.g., downloadable software, e-books, digital downloads) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products.
If you experience technical issues with a digital product, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
