Process :

  1. Selecting and harvesting ripe Graviola fruits, washing and cleaning them to remove dirt and contaminants, if any.
  2. The fruit's skin is gently peeled and the fruit is cut into half to eliminate the seeds.
  3. Cutting the fruit into small uniform pieces with a chopper.
  4. The chopped slices are dehydrated in oven until they are dry and brittle
  5. The dried slices are cooled to room temperature.
  6. The slices are grinded into fine powder in a blender
  7. The powder is transferred to customised packs and sealed.
