  3. The arils are then processed to extract the juice using a mechanical press or a centrifuge
  4. The extracted juice is filtered to remove any remaining solid particles, pulp or seeds leaving behind a clear liquid
  5. The pomegranate juice is fed into a spray dryer where the juice is atomized into tiny droplets using a high-pressure nozzle and simultaneously exposed to hot air. 
  6. The hot air evaporates the water content, leaving behind fine pomegranate powder particle
  7. The collected powder is then cooled, tested for moisture content, flavor, and color consistency and packed in airtight resealable packs
