Preparation :

  1. Fresh oranges are first cleaned and then juiced to obtain liquid orange juice.
  2. The orange juice is then filtered to remove pulp and any solid particles that may be present.
  3. The filtered juice is pasteurised to ensure food safety and extend the product's shelf life.
  4. The prepared liquid orange juice is then introduced into a spray dryer. The spray dryer atomises the liquid into tiny droplets. The hot air rapidly evaporates the moisture from the droplets leaving behind solid particles.
  5. The dried orange powder particles are collected from the air in the collection chamber.
  6. The collected orange powder is sieved to get uniform fine powder and then tested to meet our stringent quality standards.
  7. The final orange powder is packaged in airtight containers to prevent moisture absorption and preserve its flavor and shelf life.
